“LOW SEASON” – majority of the year and the lowest prices – seven months from October till April.
          Studio-apartment B:     € 59/night
          Studio-apartment A:     € 79/night

“MID SEASON” – May, June and September – probably the best vacation season with great weather, sunshine and warm sea.
          Studio-apartment B:     € 79/night
          Studio-apartment A:     € 99/night

“HIGH SEASON” – holiday period (July and August), Easter, Christmas and New Year period.
          Studio-apartment B:     € 99/night
          Studio-apartment A:     € 109/night

 

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or debit card

The prices include VAT and cover accommodation, bed linen, towels, cleaning service after your stay.

The minimum stay is three days. In case of accommodation for a shorter period, we charge a fee of € 35.

Security Deposit (refundable): € 100 to be paid when booking as a guarantee.

In the case of a key loss (apartment/terrace/building entry) we charge a fee of € 100.

Our returning customers will receive “welcome back” discounts.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:

Minimum rental period is 3 days in the “low” and “mid” seasons and 7 days in the “high” season (July and August).
Please fill in the booking form, contact us by email or phone and make reservation.
Final booking confirmation requires prepayment (non-refundable) of 30% of your total accommodation cost plus security deposit (refundable) of € 100 as a guarantee. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your arrival, according to the agreed dates of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or debit card. In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure than the one initially agreeed, the total price for the entire stay does not change. If you decide to cancel the reservation, the deposit will not be returned.


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check in is from 15:00 till 20:00 (arrival out of schedule € 25/booking). Check out is until 11:00. Of course, we try to remain as flexible as possible and do our best to meet needs of our guests.
The number of people occupying our studio-apartments cannot be higher than in the booking.


GOOD MANNERS MATTER:

We focus on ecology and preservation of the environment. We hope our guests share the same philosophy. Please try to reduce consumption of water and energy. Try to keep the property and surroundings clean. Before leaving the room do not forget to turn off the lights and electrical appliances.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, and this is regardless whether or not the damage was caused by intentional or unintentional action. In the case there are damages, the security deposit will not be returned.
Please respect your neighbours and keep silence from 22:00 to 9:00.
Smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Please lock your doors and windows as we do not take responsibility for belongings left in your room.
Please do not change the rooms arrangement during your stay, do not move equipment, do not change cable connections in electric appliances.
If you notice defects or any inconveniences, please report it to us. We will try to fix the problem immediately, and make your stay more comfortable.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) we inform that:

  • The administrator of your personal data is QPRO360 sp. z o.o., Berezynska 6, 15-161 Bialystok, Poland, KRS: 0000457375
  • Contact with the Data Protection Inspector – kontakt@qpro360.com
  • Providing personal data – name, address, email address, telephone contact number, child’s age, when staying with a child – is a requirement in order to conclude a service contract
  • Your personal data will be processed in order to use our studio-apartments accommodation services – pursuant to Art. 1 lit. b of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016
  • The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data based on legal provisions and entities participating in the provision of services
  • Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years
  • You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to update it, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data
  • You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to provide the service.
